I think we can all agree, even those of us you who faithfully eat salad all year round, that summer time is the best time of year for salads. The ingredients are fresher (depending on where you live) and I know I don't want a big heavy meal on a 90 degree day.
While I do have a good handful of Summer Salad recipes of my own, I reached out to my blogger friends and asked if they would let me share their favorite recipes as well. They sure delivered; we've got loaded veggie salads, fruit salads, salads with seafood, salads with nuts, salads from the grill, salads from the oven and even a salad on a skewer! I sure do have some creative friends!

Thanks Lori. I know, I made a good effort to eat entrée salads once a week through the winter but it just isn't the same as it is during the summer with all the fresh veggies!
