Boneless Air Fryer Chicken Thighs are quick and easy and super versatile. Enjoy this chicken for lunch or dinner and it's great for meal prepping too! So tender and juicy, you'll never want to prepare chicken any other way than the air fryer! Did I mention the low calories?

    How To Season

You can use any spice mix you like, whether it be homemade or store bought. I'm including one of my favorite combinations today which includes garlic powder, chili powder, turmeric, salt and pepper. Rub the mixture all over the chicken, don't forget to get the bottom. Place in air fryer and give a little spritz of oil.

Other good spice blends would be a lemon pepper, montreal seasoning or traditional poultry seasoning. Sometimes I even keep it real simple with my go-to blend of salt, pepper and garlic powder.

My preferred method for spritzing with oil is using a Misto sprayer. If you don't have a Misto, you can use a store bought spray or even just brush on a little oil.

    How Long To Air Fry

Ultimately, air fry / cook time will depend on the size and thickness of the boneless chicken thighs. The magic number for me has been between 12-15 minutes total. I usually check the temperature of the chicken at 12 minutes and add additional time if necessary. The internal temperature of the boneless chicken thighs should be 165 F.

    Serving Suggestions / Side Dishes

When serving these boneless air fryer chicken thighs for dinner, I like to pair them with any of these side dishes:

    • rice
    • quinoa
    • garlic green beans
    • mashed potato
    • corn on the cob
    • instant pot Risotto

When serving for lunch, I like to pair with grilled veggies (eggplant, zucchini & red pepper) and a scoop of hummus with a pita or wrap.

    Meal Prep

I'm not that into meal prep but I go through spurts of it and it is very helpful. I should do it more often. For meal prep solutions, I add 4 oz of these boneless chicken thighs, a scoop of quinoa and a cup of broccoli. I leave the broccoli raw when packing it and when re-heating, I pop in the microwave for 1 minute and the broccoli comes out tender crisp and everything is warm to enjoy.
