No Boil Baked Tortellini - A tasty tortellini casserole that comes together easily with only 5 ingredients; no boiling necessary!

This tortellini casserole was originally created as part of a paid partnership. I have since removed all paid links.

I like the added protein and bulk of chicken sausage but if you prefer to keep this baked tortellini without meat, just skip it!

    No Boil Baked Tortellini

If you are looking for an easy, family friendly dinner that just so happens also is a one pot meal, then you've come to the right place.

This is the kind of meal I'm using leftover sauce or a jarred sauce for because I want quick. I want easy.

However, if you want to make a pasta sauce from scratch, I've got that for you too. Homemade Pasta Sauce Recipe.

    No Boil Baked Tortellini

    No Boil Baked Tortellini

    Ingredients

    • Refrigerated Tortellini
    • Pasta Sauce - whatever variety you enjoy
    • Broth - Chicken or Vegetable
    • Chicken Sausage - variety is up to you
    • Mozzarella Cheese
    • Optional Finishing Touches - fresh basil, fresh parsley and/or grated parmesan cheese

    Instructions

All you have to do to prep this meal is put everything together right in a baking dish, cover it and bake it.  In 35 minutes, dinner is ready and you haven't even been frazzled once!  You're welcome.

    Serving Suggestion

Pair with a fresh salad. Both Caesar and Garden Salads would be great!

Talk about "easy peasy". This looks delish. Love that I don't have to boil water. We're a bit short of it here in SoCal. 🙂
