Ingredients
  • 1/2 C Coconut Water
  • 1 C Greek Yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1 Banana cut up
  • 1 C Baby Spinach packed
  • 1/2 C Blueberries fresh
  • 1/3 C Quaker® Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola Blueberry Pecan
Blueberry Puree
  • 1 C Blueberries fresh
  • 1 T Honey
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice fresh
  • 1 T Coconut Water
Instructions
  1. Place all puree ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Set aside. If preparing puree the day before, refrigerate until using.
  2. Place first 5 smoothie ingredients in blender and process until smooth. Pour into bowls.
  3. Spread puree over smoothie.
  4. Top the smoothie bowls with the Quaker® Real Medleys SuperGrains Granola.
  5. Enjoy!
