Boneless Air Fryer Chicken Thighs
Tender and juicy, these boneless air fryer chicken thighs are great for dinner, lunch and for meal prep!
Servings: 6 servings
- 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 6 boneless thighs)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- olive oil spritz
Combine all spices/seasonings in a small bowl. Rub all over chicken on all sides.
Place chicken in the air fryer, spritz one spray olive oil over top and set to 390°F for 12 minutes. Check temperature with a quick read thermometer and add 2-3 minutes more if required. Chicken should be cooked to 165°F.
