- 1 large baguette loaf or 4 small loaves
- 5 Tablespoons butter melted or softened
- 2 Tablespoons minced garlic fresh
- 1 Tablespoon chopped parsley fresh, flat leaf
- 1 Teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 Teaspoon dry oregano
- 3 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Stir together melted or softened butter, garlic parsley, oregano, red pepper flakes and parmesan. Slice baguette(s) vertically and place cut side up on work surface.
Generously apply the butter mixture to the cut side of each piece of bread. If butter is melted, use a pastry or basting brush.
Place buttered bread in air fryer basket in a single layer. Do not overcrowd and do not stack. Can be done in batches if needed. Set temperature to 350°F and timer to 5 minutes.
After 5 minutes, check bread. It is done when the outside is golden brown and crispy and the middle still soft. You can adjust the time for your desired outcome of crispiness.
Garnish with additional fresh parsley and or parmesan cheese if desired before serving.
