Air Fryer Potatoes
Because these roasted potatoes are prepared in the air fryer they are ready much quicker than the traditional oven method. Pair with steak, pork, chicken or any protein!

- 1 lb diced potatoes (or can use baby potatoes, whole or halved)
- 1 T olive oil
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dry minced onion
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- 2-3 turns black pepper from a pepper mill (or approximately ¼ tsp)
Optional
- 1 T grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T chopped parsley
Add the potatoes to a bowl, along with the oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder and onions. Stir well to coat all potatoes.
Transfer potatoes to air fryer basket. Set temperature to 400 F and time to 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, shake the basket. Return to cooking for an additional 5-8 minutes. The exact time will depend on the size of your potatoes.
The potatoes are done when they are crispy on the outside yet fork tender on the inside. If desired, top with cheese and parsley just before serving.
