- 4 ounce apple cider
- 2 ounce orange juice freshly squeezed is best
- ½ ounce lime juice freshly squeezed is best
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
- 1 stick cinnamon stick
- ½ cup ginger beer
- ice cubes
Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
Combine the apple cider, orange juice, lime juice, honey (or maybe syrup if using that instead) and cinnamon stick either by shaking in a cocktail shaker or by stirring together in a pitcher.
Pour mixture into glass with the ice. Add ginger beer. Top with apple slices.
