Slice pork loin into individual portions. Season both sides liberally with salt and pepper.
Preheat grill to medium/high heat.
In a small saucepan place cherries, vinegar, wine and sugar, over medium/high heat. Bring just to a boil, stir and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool slightly.
Place pork on hot grill. Cook 4-5 minutes. Flip over and cook an additional 4-5 minutes or until internal temperature is 145 degrees (F).
Remove from grill and allow pork to rest about 3-5 minutes.
To serve, spoon cherry sauce over pork.

For this recipe, I opted to use the Smithfield All Natural Boneless Loin Filet. You may substitute in any of the Smithfield All Natural pork products if the loin is not available to you.
