Buffalo Chicken Stromboli

Chopped Rotisserie Chicken
or any cooked, leftover chicken

Buffalo Wing Sauce
½
C
Diced Carrot
¼
C
Diced Celery
½

Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Blue Cheese Crumbles

refrigerated tube pizza crust
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425.
In a bowl stir together chicken, wing sauce, carrot, celery and mozzarella cheese.
Unroll dough onto a non stick cookie sheet. Press dough into a long rectangle shape.
Place chicken mixture in a line down the center of the dough (lengthwise).
Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles over chicken mixture.
Fold short ends up dough over the chicken filling. Then, fold long sides up, overlapping. Pinch edges gently to seal.
Bake 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Slice and serve.
