Candy Corn Fudge

Ingredients

  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips sometimes I use the dark chocolate
  • 1 (14 ocan sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 C candy corn more or less to your liking

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 baking pan with non stick foil (leaving an overhang). If you don't have foil use parchment and spray with non stick spray.
  • Bring a pan of water to a boil and then reduce to a simmer.
  • Place chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in a glass bowl that will fit snugly onto the top of your pan. Place bowl over pan to create a double boiler. Continuously stir mixture until melted and smooth, about 3 minutes.
  • Spread mixture evenly into the 8x8 pan.
  • Press candy corn into top of mixture.
  • Refrigerate at least 1 hour before cutting into 1 inch squares.
