Caramel Gingerbread Blondies featuring Nestle Toll House DelightFulls

Ingredients

  • 2 C flour all purpose
  • ½ t baking soda
  • ½ t baking powder
  • ¼ t salt
  • 2 t ginger ground
  • 8 T butter softened
  • 2 C dark brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 t vanilla extract
  • C molasses more or less to suit your taste from ¼-1/2 C
  • 9 oz Nestle Toll House DelightFulls Milk Chocolate with Caramel Filling

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt and ginger. Set aside.
  • Using a hand mixer or a stand mixer cream together butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla and beat until smooth. Add molasses and beat until incorporated.
  • Stir flour mixture into wet ingredients.
  • Fold in DelightFulls morsels.
  • Spread into an 8x8 pan prepared with non stick spray and flour.
  • Bake 30-40 minutes until edges begin to crisp up and center is set.
  • Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
