Preheat oven to 375.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add tortellini and cook 4 minutes (it will cook more in the oven). Add broccoli to pot with tortellini and turn off heat. Allow to stand 2 minutes. Drain.
While tortellini is cooking stir together softened cream cheese and marinara.
Spread about ½ C of sauce mixture on bottom of a 2Q casserole dish. Pour in tortellini and broccoli mixture and then pour remaining sauce over tortellini. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top and bake 20 minutes.
Top with toasted breadcrumbs if desired.
