Crock Pot Chicken Bacon Ranch Wraps

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 C chicken broth
  • 1 envelope dry ranch dressing
  • 1 red onion diced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and chopped into bite sized pieces
  • 1 C shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • ½-1 C of ranch dressing prepared (adjust amount to your preference)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Line your crock pot with a cooking liner or spray with non stick spray.
  • Place the chicken, onions and broth in the crock pot and then sprinkle the ranch seasoning over it all. Cover and cook on low 4 hours.
  • After 4 hours, remove chicken from crock pot and shred. Pour most of liquid out of crockpot, reserving about ¼ C. Add chicken back in and add ranch dressing and cheese. Stir together well and season with salt and pepper. Re-cover and cook an additional 30 minutes on low to allow flavors to meld.
  • Stir bacon in when finished cooking.
  • Wrap mixture in tortillas and enjoy.
  • Optional: Toast wrap in oven or buttered skillet.
