Line your crock pot with a cooking liner or spray with non stick spray.
Place the chicken, onions and broth in the crock pot and then sprinkle the ranch seasoning over it all. Cover and cook on low 4 hours.
After 4 hours, remove chicken from crock pot and shred. Pour most of liquid out of crockpot, reserving about ¼ C. Add chicken back in and add ranch dressing and cheese. Stir together well and season with salt and pepper. Re-cover and cook an additional 30 minutes on low to allow flavors to meld.
Stir bacon in when finished cooking.
Wrap mixture in tortillas and enjoy.
Optional: Toast wrap in oven or buttered skillet.
