Line your crock pot with a liner or spray with non stick spray
Score the silver membrane on the back of the ribs and season ribs with salt and pepper
Place the rack of ribs in the crock pot, standing up. They should basically be lining the edges of the crock pot
Place water, vinegar, garlic, worcestershire in the center of crock pot and pour the barbecue sauce over ribs.
Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours, depending on how hot your crock pot cooks.
CAREFULLY remove ribs with tongs and cut into serving portions. Brush with cooking liquid or extra barbecue sauce, if desired.
