- 12 ounce fresh green beans trimmed
- 2 or 3 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ cup olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
- ½ teaspoon coarse ground pepper
Preheat grill to a medium flame.
Mix together oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Toss beans in mixture. Add beans to the grill (on a veggie basket or grilling mat). Toss occasionally until tender crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes.
