Ingredients

  • 12 ounce fresh green beans trimmed
  • 2 or 3 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon coarse ground pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat grill to a medium flame.
  • Mix together oil, garlic, salt and pepper.  Toss beans in mixture. Add beans to the grill (on a veggie basket or grilling mat).  Toss occasionally until tender crisp, about 5 to 7 minutes.
