In a shallow bowl, season flour with salt, pepper and paprika.
Lightly coat each pork chop with flour on both sides.
In a large skillet, heat oil over medium/high heat.
Add pork chops, and brown (about 4-5 min), flip over and do the same. Once chops are browned, remove from pan and set aside.
Add garlic, stir and cook 1 minute.
Add lemon juice, zest, butter and parsley. Stir, making sure to scrape up all the bits off the bottom of the pan. Cook 1-2 minutes.
Add pork chops back to pan. Cook until pork is cooked through, about 3-4 more minutes (time depends on thickness of chops), periodically spooning butter sauce over chops.
Garnish with additional parsley if desired.
