Preheat oven to 400 or grill to medium.
Place red peppers in blender and process 1 minutes until no large chunks remain.
Spread sauce on both Naan.
On first Naan, place 3 equal size dollops of ricotta, add sausage, mozzarella and jalapeño peppers.
On the second, add mozzarella cheese and top with mild pepper rings.
If cooking in the oven, place pizzas on a wire rack, placed over a baking sheet and bake 10 minutes.
If grilling, place directly on the grill, cover and turn heat down to low. Cook just until cheese is melted, about 5 -8 minutes.
Slice and serve!
