Heat olive oil in a large skillet, over medium/high heat. Add turkey and brown (about 5 minutes).
Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, chili powder and cumin.
Add in beans, corn and tomatoes. Stir in the rice and add in the broth. Stir well to make sure rice is distributed evenly (or close to it).
Bring to a boil. Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer 10 minutes.
Sprinkle cheese over the top and replace cover until cheese is melted (about 2 minutes).
Top with guacamole and/or sour cream.
