Zest of 1 orange
2Tablespoonfresh squeezed orange juice
1Tablespooncornstarch
¼Cupwater
26 ouncebag of popcorn chicken
Instructions
Cook chicken according to package instructions.
While chicken is cooking combine the first 8 ingredients in a small saucepan over medium - high heat. Bring to a boil. In a small bowl, combine cornstarch and water, add to boiling mixture and whisk or stir to combine. Lower heat to low and simmer about 4 to 5 minutes until thickened.
When chicken is done, place it in a large bowl and toss with sauce. Mix well to coat and serve.
Notes
