Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large non stick skillet. Add mushrooms and cook, stirring occasionally 2-3 minutes.
Add ground turkey to mushrooms and cook, breaking up, until cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. If needed, drain excess liquid from pan.
Add French Onion Dip to turkey/mushroom combination in skillet, still over medium heat. Stir well to combine. Season with black pepper and reduce heat to medium/low. Cook until well incorporated and warmed through. Stir in parsley and stir over buttered egg noodles, pasta or rice.
