Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad

Ingredients
2-3
boneless chicken breasts

BBQ sauce
any variety you prefer
1
teaspoon
garlic powder
9
oz
lettuce
chopped (any variety)
1
avocado
diced
1
mango
diced
2
eggs
hard boiled, chopped
1
cucumber
diced
2
carrots
diced
Optional: croutons
Instructions
Place chicken in slow cooker. Pour BBQ sauce over chicken and season with garlic powder. Set slow cooker to high for 2 hours or low for 4 hours.
When chicken is cooked, remove from cooker and chop.
Place chopped lettuce in a large serving bowl.
Arrange all other ingredients in rows on a large platter.
