Spray your slow cooker/crockpot with non stick spray or use a liner.
Place pork loin in slow cooker. Over the pork, pour pineapple, brown sugar, soy sauce and sriracha.
Cook on low 6 hours.
Remove pork from slow cooker to a large plate. Shred and place back in slow cooker. Stir well to coat with sauce.
Place desired amount on each sandwich roll, top with slaw and if desired add a slice of pineapple and or a little drizzle of sriracha.
