Ingredients

Cheese Tortellini
refrigerated

Cup
balsamic vinaigrette, prepared
creamy variety works well, but your preference

Ciliegine Mozzarella
small mozzarella balls, halved

cherry tomatoes
halved or quartered

freshly sliced basil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Prepare tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Allow to sit for a few minutes to remove excess water.
While pasta is cooking prepare tomatoes and mozzarella by halving or quartering them. Place in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the cooled tortellini to the bowl with the tomatoes and cheese and then toss with the balsamic dressing. Add in the fresh basil.
Garnish with a few additional ribbons of basil if desired and/or a drizzle of balsamic glaze.
