- 1 tube tube flaky-layer biscuits 16.3 ounces
- 2 Tablespoon butter
- 2 Cup chopped apple granny smith preferred, peeled
- 2 Tablespoon sugar granulated
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon nutmeg
Glaze
- 3 Tablespoon butter
- ¼ Cup maple syrup
- ½ Cup confectioner's sugar
- ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a muffin tin with either paper liners or use silicone liners.
Cut each biscuit into 9 pieces. Place biscuit pieces, melted butter, apples, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg in a bowl. Toss well. Spoon mixture into muffin liners.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Prepare glaze while baking.
After removing from oven allow to cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.
Drizzle with glaze and serve.
