- Heat 1 T oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Add turkey and cook until no longer pink. Remove turkey from pan and set aside. 
- Prepare noodles according to package. 
- Return pan to medium/high heat. If pan seems dry, add another T oil. Add onion and celery, cook just until beginning to soften, about 4 minutes. Add in the garlic, ginger paste, red pepper and cook another minute. 
- In a bowl whisk together the broth and cornstarch and add it to pan. 
- Stir in hoisin and soy sauce, cook 2-3 minutes, add ground turkey back to mixture. 
- Add noodles to mixture and toss well with tongs to incorporate. 
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
