Preheat oven to 350.
Spray a mini muffin/cupcake pan with non stick spray. Press wonton wrappers into mini muffin/cupcake pan. Bake at 350 for 5-8 minutes, until just beginning to brown.
Crumble 5 slices of the bacon, reserving the other 3 for garnish.
Place cream cheese and blue cheese dressing a bowl. Stir or beat to combine well. Stir in red onion and crumbled bacon.
Fill each baked wonton cup with filling.
Return to oven and bake an additional 5-7 minutes until browned and warmed through.
Sprinkle blue cheese crumbles on top and garnish with pieces of the reserved bacon.
Serve warm.
