Bacon Chili Dog Burrito

Ingredients

  • 4 hot dogs cooked I used all beef
  • 4 slices bacon cooked I used thick cut
  • ½ C shredded cheddar jack cheese
  • ½ C chili
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 T butter

Instructions

  • Spread ¼ C chili down the center of each tortilla. Place bacon and hot dogs on top of chili and top it all with ¼ C shredded cheese.
  • Fold tortilla over the filling, tuck in sides and roll up, as you would with a burrito.
  • Melt butter over medium heat in a large non stick skillet. Add "burritos", seam side down and cook 2 minutes each side, until browned and toasty.
  • Serve immediately.
