Spread ¼ C chili down the center of each tortilla. Place bacon and hot dogs on top of chili and top it all with ¼ C shredded cheese.
Fold tortilla over the filling, tuck in sides and roll up, as you would with a burrito.
Melt butter over medium heat in a large non stick skillet. Add "burritos", seam side down and cook 2 minutes each side, until browned and toasty.
Serve immediately.
