Boneless Air Fryer Chicken Thighs

Tender and juicy, these boneless air fryer chicken thighs are great for dinner, lunch and for meal prep!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 6 boneless thighs)
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • olive oil spritz

Instructions

  • Combine all spices/seasonings in a small bowl. Rub all over chicken on all sides.
  • Place chicken in the air fryer, spritz one spray olive oil over top and set to 390 °F for 12 minutes. Check temperature with a quick read thermometer and add 2 to 3 minutes more if required. Chicken should be cooked to 165 °F
