Buffalo Cauliflower, Oven Roasted Not Fried
A lighter, oven-baked version of the popular deep-fried restaurant appetizer.

- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Teaspoon salt
- ½ Teaspoon garlic powder optional
- ½ Teaspoon black pepper
- 1 head cauliflower
- ¼ Cup buffalo wing sauce
- 2 Tablespoon blue cheese crumbles
Preheat oven to 400.
Cut cauliflower into bite sized florets.
Toss florets with olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic powder if using. Spread on a foil lined baking sheet. Roast in preheated oven 25-30 minutes.
Toss roasted cauliflower in a bowl with buffalo wing sauce. Once all coated, place back on baking sheet. Return to oven for 7 minutes.
Top with crumbled blue cheese and serve.
