Buffalo Cauliflower, Oven Roasted Not Fried

A lighter, oven-baked version of the popular deep-fried restaurant appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Teaspoon garlic powder optional
  • ½ Teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • ¼ Cup buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 Tablespoon blue cheese crumbles

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400.
  • Cut cauliflower into bite sized florets.
  • Toss florets with olive oil, salt and pepper, and garlic powder if using. Spread on a foil lined baking sheet. Roast in preheated oven 25-30 minutes.
  • Toss roasted cauliflower in a bowl with buffalo wing sauce. Once all coated, place back on baking sheet. Return to oven for 7 minutes.
  • Top with crumbled blue cheese and serve.
