Air Fryer optional, if using air fryer preparation
- 1 Pound Ground Chicken 92% Lean, 8% Fat
- 1 Large Egg
- ¼ Cup Panko Crumbs
- 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Dry Oregano
- ¼ Teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Optional but recommended
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
Form into small meatballs, about a Tablespoon of mixture (or desired size).
Stove-Top (Skillet) Preparation
Note 1: Spray or brush oil on basket if your basket is not a good quality non-stick surface or if food tends to stick to your basket.
