Crock Pot Chicken Caesar Wraps

Let your slow cooker do the work. Creamy chicken caesar and romaine lettuce wrapped up in a flour tortilla. Great summer meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ¾ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese shredded
  • ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 9 ounces chopped romaine lettuce
  • 6 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  • Line your crock pot with a liner or spray with non stick spray. Place chicken in crockpot with broth. Cover and cook 4 hours on low.
  • Remove chicken. Drain liquid from crock pot.
  • Shred chicken and return to crock pot.
  • Add dressing, parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper to the shredded chicken. Stir. Replace cover and cook for 30 more minutes.
  • Lay tortillas out, add chicken mixture and romaine lettuce. Roll up and enjoy.
