The combination of graham cracker crust, chocolate and marshmallow Peeps are a fun play on S'mores in this Easter Peeps Chocolate Tart.

Ingredients
Crust
1Cgraham cracker crumbs
2Tsugar
3Tmelted butter
Filling
12ozchocolate chipsI used semi-sweet
½Cmilk
2Tbutter
1package Peeps
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375.
In a bowl stir together crust ingredients well. Press crumbs into tart pan. Be sure to push down hard to make sure it sets. I like to use a cup or a mug to press down into crust.
Bake crust for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and set aside.
Meanwhile, place chocolate in a large bowl.
Place milk and butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once butter is melted and mixture starts to just bubble, pour over chocolate. Do not stir. Let sit 4-5 minutes and then begin stirring. Continue stirring for a few minutes until mixture comes together nicely and is smooth.
Pour mixture into prepared crust.
Arrange Peeps on top of chocolate in desired pattern.
Allow to set on counter at least 2 hours prior to serving.
Notes
½ C heavy cream can be substituted for the milk and butter
