Bake cake according to box. Cool completely.

Color your coconut and frosting with food coloring. A few drops to each should be enough.

Frost cake with frosting, making sure to frost sides too, so the Peeps will stick.

Line peeps up around edges of cake, pushing against cake to ensure they will stick to the frosting.

Sprinkle coconut over top to create "grass".

Add a few jelly beans or candy eggs to decorate the top.
