- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup canned chickpeas drained
- 4 tablespoon tahini
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 5 cloves garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ¼ cup olive oil
Garnish
- roasted pumpkin seeds
- olive oil
- paprika
- sesame seeds black and white
- chopped cilantro
Add all ingredients into food processor and process everything until smooth.
1 cup pumpkin puree, 1 cup canned chickpeas, 4 tablespoon tahini, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 5 cloves garlic, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon ground cumin, ¼ cup olive oil, 1 teaspoon paprika
Transfer to bowl and garnish with desired garnish ingredients.

Refrigerate until serving.
