Pesto Naan Pizza
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Naan
- 2 ounces pesto prepared
- 3 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
Margherita Style Naan Pizza
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Naan
- ½ cup canned diced Italian seasoned tomatoes drained of excess liquid
- 3 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
- 4 leaves fresh basil roughly torn
Heat grill to medium heat.
LIGHTLY brush both sides of naan with olive oil and place on preheated grill. Cook naan about 3-5 minutes, until good grill marks appear. Using tongs, carefully flip naan over and spread pesto one on and the tomatoes on the other. Top each one with mozzarella. Close lid and cook until cheese is melted well and bottom of naan has good grill marks too.
Top with freshly torn basil.
