- 12 ounces fresh cranberries
- ½ Cup orange juice
- ½ Cup water
- ½ Cup sugar granulated
- ½ Cup brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon orange zest optional but recommended
Place all ingredients in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to a boil. Allow to boil at high for 1 minute, turn heat down to medium-low and continue to cook, stirring frequently, for 10 minutes. Allow to cool. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
