How To Make Homemade Takeout with Blue Dragon Sauces {GIVEAWAY}

Ingredients

  • 1 T vegetable oil or peanut oil
  • 3 oz Blue Dragon Soba Noodles
  • 3.7 oz Blue Dragon Szechuan Pepper Stir Fry Sauce
  • 1 red onion sliced into large slices
  • 1 carrot shaved
  • 1 celery stalk chopped
  • 3 oz snap peas or snow peas
  • 3 green onions chopped

Instructions

Prepare noodles

  • Bring a pot of water to a boil. Place noodles into boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Strain noodles and rinse with cold water.

Stir Fry

  • Add oil to wok and heat over medium high heat. Add vegetables and stir fry 3 minutes. Add prepared noodles and stir in sauce. Cook 2 more minutes to combine flavors.
  • Serve garnished with chopped green onions.
