Preheat oven to 375.
Place pork loin in a shallow pan and roast for 20 minutes per pound.
Meanwhile, reheat onions in a skillet for 5 minutes over medium heat.
When pork loin is cooked thru, let rest 5 minutes and slice thin.
Slice rolls in half. If desired, toast the rolls for 5 minutes in the oven at 400.
Spread the cheese spread on the top half of the rolls.
Layer pork slices, pear slices and onions in the roll and serve.
