MANWICH SHEPHERD'S PIE

One Pot MANWICH Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Ground Beef Lean
  • C Grated Carrots
  • 1 15.5 oz Can MANWICH
  • 20 oz Mashed Potatoes prepared

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Place ground beef and carrot in a large, non stick, oven-proof skillet over medium/high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally until beef is no longer pink. Stir in MANWICH. Reduce heat to medium and cook just until warmed though. Remove from heat.
  • Spread prepared mashed potatoes over the top of MANWICH mixture.
  • Place pan in oven and bake 10-15 minutes, just until potatoes start to brown slightly.
  • Remove from oven.
  • Allow to sit 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

ALTERNATE INSTRUCTIONS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN OVEN PROOF PAN - Transfer cooked MANWICH mixture to a baking dish. Top with mashed potatoes and bake 10-15 minutes.
If desired, add a layer of cooked vegetables on top of MANWICH mixture, just under the potatoes. Some ideas would be corn, green beans or peas.
