Pulled Pork Polenta Bowl
Leftovers never looked so good. These polenta bowls are the perfect way to re-purpose leftover pulled pork.

I prefer a cheddar blend

BBQ sauce
Optional Toppings
diced pineapple
diced mango
chopped scallions
chopped cilantro
sour cream
Instructions
Divide the polenta among 4 serving bowls and top each with pulled pork.
Add all other ingredients on top, ending with the BBQ sauce.
