Vanilla Latte
Skip the coffeehouse and create a homemade vanilla latte easily for a fraction of the price. Vanilla syrup, espresso (or coffee) and milk make the perfect pick me up.

- 2 Cup milk whole milk or milk of choice
- 2 Tablespoon vanilla syrup
- 2 Ounce prepared espresso or very strongly brewed coffee
Heat the milk either in the microwave or on the stove top, just until hot but not boiling.
Using a frother, froth the milk until foamy and doubled in size.
Place prepared espresso (or coffee) and vanilla syrup in a mug. Pour the warmed milk into the coffee, reserving the frothed parts. Once the milk that is still liquid is in the coffee, top with the frothed portion of milk.
If desired, top with whipped cream and or a dash of cinnamon.
