Ling Ling Pork & Vegetable Potstickers - Good on their own, in recipes or as a side to fried rice or noodles!
Over the summer, I shared with you my first experience with Ling Ling Fried Rice. I had tried the Thai-Style Chicken Fried Rice and it turned out to be a tasty option for a quick and easy dinner. Then, a few weeks ago, I explained that I wanted to create some dishes that went along with Chinese New Year and once again, I turned to Ling Ling. Using their potstickers, I created a super easy and crazy good potsticker soup. If you haven't had a chance to check it out yet, be sure to head over.
Okay, so fast forward to today. Why am I giving you a recap?
I feel the need to tell you that I am still loving these Ling Ling products. You know how I like to share my feelings.
This past week was winter break for my kids. Yeah, it's weird, Massachusetts is like the only state around who gives the kids a week off in February AND April. Don't get me started on that! Anyway, we had a few days of really unusually warm weather. I'm talking 68 degrees in February in New England. We took total advantage and spent all of our time outside. We went for walks and the kids were on their scooters. It was seriously amazing.
All this outdoor play left me little time to prepare dinner.
On the way home from the park, I had to run into the grocery store to pick up milk and decided it was getting too late to make dinner from scratch so I hit the freezer section. That's when I saw the Ling Ling products and knew it would be a great idea.
Once I was in the door, I had the rice and potstickers ready in under 20 minutes. I mean, how great is that.
This time around I tried the Pork & Vegetable Potstickers. I had tasted the Chicken & Vegetable ones in the past. Man, I'll tell you, I am seriously loving potstickers.
I cooked everything on the stovetop, according to the package instructions and it was all perfect. The potstickers were perfection. It is really important to read the instructions and follow them. If you want your potstickers browned, seriously, don't move them during cooking. I know it's hard, but don't worry, they will be perfect!
And the dipping sauce. Yum. Perfect.

Pot stickers are awesome, but I'm never sure what brand to buy. I'll have to check these out. I absolutely love to make potsticker soup, it's one of my favorite cold weather (or really even hot weather) dishes 🙂 My mom makes it all the time too, and it's really become a family favorite. I can't wait to try it with these potsticker.
