Whipped cottage cheese is having its moment. You can't scroll through your TikTok FYP without some kind of high-protein cottage cheese recipe popping up.

I have always scoffed at cottage cheese. It looks like it has the texture all my senses want nothing to do with.
But I tried it.
I made a "Healthier" Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe and IT WAS GOOD! No, it was great and the best part is, I would have had no idea there was cottage cheese in it. I swear. I even invited friends over for them to try it and they loved it too.
After I realized that regular recipes can be turned into high-protein recipes simply by whipping up cottage cheese, I was a convert.
The key for those with a cottage cheese aversion like myself is to make sure your cottage cheese is whipped or blended smooth before using in a recipe.
