When I use the word "easy" to describe these Easy Grilled Glazed Pork Chops, I do mean only three ingredients easy.
That is three ingredients including the pork! It doesn't get any easier than that.

I have posted a lot of pork recipes in my time. Some of my best pork recipes are Goat Cheese Stuffed Pork Chops, Air Fryer Pork Chops and Stuffed Pork Tenderloin. These are all so great but none of them are as easy as this sticky grilled pork.
You're going to have to trust me on this recipe. The ingredients seem strange. It works. it does. I don't know why it does but it does.
All we are using is bottled Italian dressing and apricot preserves.
Yes, there is some marinating time but other than that, this is quick and easy.
Serving suggestions for Glazed Pork
- Rice
- Mashed potatoes
- Air fryer broccoli
- Garlic green beans
- Sweet potato cubes
When grilling pork, you want to take care not to have it dry out. The safe temperature is 145 F. I prefer to cook mine to about 150 F. I find anything higher than that can dry out.
If you are like my husband and thoughts are more old school that pork needs to be cooked to 165 F, don't just take it from me, see this article from the National Pork Board.
