These breakfast sliders are great for my family's favorite meal "breakfast for dinner".

These mini breakfast sandwiches are also perfect as part of a brunch spread. Arrange breakfast sliders, double berry muffins, a broccoli asparagus salad and a Charcuterie Table and you've got the perfect brunch set up!

Bonus points if you add some fun drinks to the brunch spread. Some good options would be a Strawberry Bellini or a Homemade Strawberry Lemonade. And if coffee is more your jam, try a S'mores Latte or a Snickerdoodle Iced Coffee.

     📋Breakfast Slider Ingredients

    • Slider rolls - sweet Hawaiian slider buns or traditional slider buns
    • Eggs- use whole eggs or egg whites - scrambled
    • Breakfast meat - any of the following or a combination of : ham, bacon, canadian bacon, breakfast sausage
    • Cheese - cheddar or any cheddar blend - pepperjack if you want a little kick

    🍳Instructions

The steps to prepare breakfast sliders are easy. You can even prep the eggs and meat the night before and in the morning just assemble and bake!

🥓 Did you know that you can prepare your bacon in the air fryer.

    • One - Prepare the scrambled eggs and whichever meat you've chosen.
    • Two - Layer the ingredients on the slider rolls and brush tops of rolls with butter
    • Three - Bake

Hint: Give your sliders even more flavor by mixing a little garlic and parsley into your butter before brushing on the tops of the rolls.
